People use pictures of Jesus when talking about "God", IE a picture of the son when speaking aobut the father. Odin is the All-Father, so really I could put up a picture of ME when speaking about him and still be correct. So if it happens to be a depiction of Thor, it doesn't matter. The point remains that Odin actually delivers on his campaign promises.
