Well, typically, to factor relativistic effects, you would use the Lorentz factor (gamma) = 1/(1-(beta)^2) where beta=c/v
c=speed of light
I have not found a calculator that doesn't round 1/7.41*10^21 off to 0, though. which would make the factor 1...which is obviously problematic since what that means is that instead of this velocity being a huge fraction of the speed of light, it's instead just rounded off to being the speed of light. In short, matter doesn't do that.
